DIY Decorating for Fall + Useful Products = Happiness
The best thing about using products like these to decorate is that they are also USEFUL! I've basically created my own little space to enjoy. And this part is my favorite. Now I can pull out a journal, notecards, and our mini shareables. And enjoy some quiet time to do something that is a stress-reliever for me, writing.
Being surrounded in a space with scripture and God's Word makes any daunting task enjoyable. Because I know God is always looking out for me, always there for me, no matter what I am doing. Whether it's on my knees asking for help or asking for help trying to write out a grocery list.
Do You Know Why Lemonade Creative Hearts Was Started?
A mishap in 2020 drove me to my knees in prayer, the desperation opened my mind, and God planted the seed in my heart. And Part Two of the Lemonade Story is about me opening my mind to be willing to do something that so many women have been asking me for throughout the years. Which led me to begin Lemonade Creative Hearts.
Lemonade Creative Hearts (LCH for short) is a monthly practice of renewing your mind, and focusing on Truth, even when life gives you lemons.
Wait... Look Closer. Let's Rest in His Word!
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
| Matthew 11:28 |
Wait... let's look closer!

Hiding Scripture in Your Heart with a Tool, Prayer Reminder Cards
As child, I used flash cards to learn the letters of the alphabet and math facts. I studied the cards, drilled with cards, and repeated the process again & again until I was able to recite the alphabet or my math facts... And to this day, I can still recite the alphabet and MOST of my math facts from all those years ago! We are NEVER too old to learn!
In Lemonade Creative Hearts we have just started a new series learning The Names of The Holy Spirit. We wanted to share a sneak peek inside one of our lessons. AND! Give you access to one of this month's traceables!
Why Scripture Journaling Is Important To Me
Teaching women how they really do have creativity inside of them... planted by the Creator Himself! By teaching you how to work with your own handwriting with very simple steps to enhance it... Teaching you that the discipline of practice applied to lettering and journaling Bible Verses can actually help you memorize the verses.
The scripture lettering that I do in my journals helps me ZERO in on the verse, helping me write it on my heart. But many times it doesn’t end with the finished lettering, it goes a step further and becomes a prayer.
How to Use Discomfort for GOOD!
So, friend, receive the comfort from these powerful verses [of Psalm 139], BUT I also want to encourage you that even the discomfort can be useful! Welcome the blessing of the vehicle that leads you to the foot of the Cross!
“Search me (thoroughly), O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there is any wicked or hurtful way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” Psalm 139:23 & 24 Amplified
5 Tips for Praying Psalm 139 Over Your Life
Sharing Christ - Keeping Scripture on Hand
"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." Philippians 2:3-4
For most Christians, I believe it's natural for us to want to share; share love, share kindness, share time and especially share what God has done for us. We naturally feel the calling on our hearts to share, which is what God wants us to do! He wants us to share His Word, His Truth, and His Love. You never know what opportunities He will have for us, so we encourage you to take every opportunity you can!
